Financial Model

A disciplined payout model with balanced student distribution.

The assumptions below reflect the revised planning framework: annual tuition of ₹60,000 for degree students and ₹32,000 for diploma students, with equal student counts across both categories whenever awards are made.

Design principle

Do not chase maximum headcount at the cost of balance

The Trust model is intentionally not optimized only for the highest possible number of students. Instead, it preserves parity between degree and diploma beneficiaries, even if some distributable amount remains unused in a given year.

  • Equal counts across degree and diploma
  • Measured expansion after operational learning
  • Governance maturity before aggressive scaling
2027 Pilot

10 degree + 10 diploma

Launch-year cohort focused on process setup, documentation, and scholarship administration discipline.

2028–2029

15 degree + 15 diploma

Two-year stabilization phase to refine the model, sharpen reporting, and validate year-over-year execution.

2030 onward

Expansion with confidence

Further increases should follow corpus strength, operational maturity, and audit-ready governance—not emotion alone.
